The Game Changer LOCKER ROOM
Mission Statement: Our purpose is to teach young hitters how a swing works using simple language you can confidently reinforce without overcoaching.

Welcome to The Ultimate Swing.
Parent-Guided 5-Week Hitting Plan
(Ages 7–12).
THE GOLDEN RULE
Use ONLY the teaching phrase of the week. Don’t overcoach.
QUICK START GUIDE (The Workflow)
Practice Goal: 25–35 minute sessions.
Coach’s Tip: Finish on a Win! The brain remembers the last rep of the day most vividly. Never end a practice on a frustrated swing or a missed ball. Even if the session was a struggle, keep pitching until your hitter gets one solid hit or executes one perfect rep of the weekly skill. As soon as they do, celebrate it and end the practice immediately. This leaves them feeling successful and eager for the next session.
Warm-Up
2-5 Minutes - Get the blood flowing and the body loose.
Drills
15- 20 Minutes - Focus strictly on the skill-specific drills of the week.
Game
5-10 Minutes- Apply the skills in a fun, competitive environment.
Finish
Always finish on a win! End on a successful physical rep. If your kid is loving it and wants go past the max time, let them keep enjoying it!
